Our in-personal coaching is suitable for everyone - whether you're new to the gym, rehabbing from injury, or wanting to be fitter, stronger or move better and improve athletic performance we can help.

Every client benefits from personalized and periodized training programs, created to achieve their goals; in-person training sessions to ensure safe and effective performance during training for the best results; accountability help maintain consistency, and commitment to build good habits; and nutritional advice.

So what's the difference between coaching and personal training?
We aim to educate and empower our clients as they work through their programs, rather than dictating what they are doing every session. This builds confidence and knowledge, so that, in time, if you choose to go your own way, you'll have the all the tools you need in order to train successfully on your own. If you choose to stay on with us for that accountability and social aspect, of course, we're always happy to accommodate.

Want to train with a friend?
Our 2-2-1 prices are 20% more than quoted below, as each client will have a separate program while we train together, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices calculated on the basis of 4 weeks in the month.

​NB. Payment required on booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received, and appointment may be cancelled without prior payment.

Two 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions per Week
£360/month (minimum 3 month commitment)
Three 1-2-1 Coaching Sessions per Week
£480/month (minimum 3 month commitment)
